T20 Series: New Zealand Win Toss, Elected to Bowl First Against Pakistan

LAHORE: New Zealand won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first in the fifth and final contest of the T20 series being played at Gadhafi Stadium Lahore today.

After losing the last game on Thursday, the Pakistan team would try their best to level the series. In case of defeat, the Black Caps would win the 5 Two series as they are already leading the series with a 2-1 margin. In the last game, Shaheen Afridi is back to replace Imad Wasim.

For New Zealand, Tim Seifert, McConchie, and Zakary are back in the squad. After the first contest being washed out by rain, both teams registered one win each in the first three matches of the T20I series.

Last Thursday, amid a post-match talk, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam said that the series would provide all the players an opportunity to have good preparation for the upcoming ICC Two World Cup.
