Volunteers Dedicate Over 350,000 Hours to Serve Prophet’s (SAWW) Mosque in Ramadan

MAKKAH: In an inspiring display of community service, over 3,355 volunteers across 28 different entities have dedicated around 358,071 hours to the service of the Holy Prophet’s (SAWW) Mosque during the first 15 days of the holy month of Ramadan.

This significant contribution of volunteers was coordinated by the Department of Social and Voluntary Services at the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s (SAWW) Mosque.

The volunteers engaged in several essential activities, including crowd management, guiding visitors, distributing meals and Zamzam water bottles, and responding to worshipers’ inquiries in different languages.

This significant volunteer effort underscores the community’s dedication to supporting the spiritual and logistical requirements of the Holy Prophet’s (SAWW) Mosque visitors during the holy month of Ramadan, enhancing the worship experience for thousands.
