Ingredients:
- 1 litre Full Cream Milk
- Vanilla custard slurry (4 tbsp vanilla custard powder + 1 cup water)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pack of Dairy Cream
- 1 cup Dried apricots (soaked)
- Pistachios (chopped) as needed
Directions:
- Heat Full Cream Milk in a bowl until it reaches a boil.
- Add the custard slurry, mix, and cook until it thickens. Incorporate sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves.
- Turn off the heat and add Dairy Cream. Mix well and allow it to cool at room temperature.
- In a blender, grind the soaked apricots thoroughly.
- Transfer the apricot mixture to a pan and heat it. Next, add sugar and cook until it melts.
- Turn off the heat and add Dairy Cream, mixing well. Let it cool at room temperature.
