Ingredients:

  • 1 litre Full Cream Milk
  • Vanilla custard slurry (4 tbsp vanilla custard powder + 1 cup water)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 pack of Dairy Cream
  • 1 cup Dried apricots (soaked)
  • Pistachios (chopped) as needed

Directions:

  1. Heat Full Cream Milk in a bowl until it reaches a boil.
  2. Add the custard slurry, mix, and cook until it thickens. Incorporate sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Turn off the heat and add Dairy Cream. Mix well and allow it to cool at room temperature.
  4. In a blender, grind the soaked apricots thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the apricot mixture to a pan and heat it. Next, add sugar and cook until it melts.
  6. Turn off the heat and add Dairy Cream, mixing well. Let it cool at room temperature.
  7. In a dessert glass, layer the creamy custard. Garnish with pistachios. The apricot dessert is now ready to be enjoyed.
