Ingredients:
100 gm Ghee or Butter, 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 kg Mutton, 1 tsp Whole Cumin, salt to taste, 4 tomatoes, 1 cup hot water, 6 green chili, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp yogurt
Recipe Step by Step:
- In a pan, add butter or ghee, ginger garlic paste, whole cumin, mutton, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes, then simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Add tomato, hot water and simmer for 25-30 minutes
- Now, add green chili, black pepper powder, yogurt and cook for 5 minutes
