Pakistani Actor Omair Rana Believes Game Shows Against Spirit of Ramadan

KARACHI: Pakistan talented actor, Omair Rana, known for delivering excellent performances, has said that game shows are against the spirit of Ramadan.

During a TV interview he said the holy month is supposed to promote humanity, humility, empathy and love instead of greed and gluttony.

He said game shows or certain things in such shows promote anti-Ramadan spirit that leave a distasteful or unpleasant experience.

He strongly believed that instead of encouraging greed, instead, one must promote empathy and kindness.

He said the content of the Ramadan transmissions should have relevance with the month.

Omair started his showbiz career as a theater actor and director but got fame through his famous television appearances which include the dramas like ‘Zan Mureed,’ ‘Pyar Kay Sadqay,’ ‘Sange Mar Mar,’ and ‘Sang E Mah’.

Omair Rana’s dramas gave him fame because of his believable acting skills.
