SECP Lunches Swift Complaint Resolution Platform

ISLAMABAD: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has launched a new digital platform, SECP-XS (https://xs.secp.gov.pk), to resolve queries and concerns of users promptly.

According to a news release here on Friday, after the successful introduction of the eZfile, the new automated corporate registry, the SECP acknowledges the need for a smooth mechanism to address user concerns and queries.

SECP-XS offers a user-friendly platform for managing, reporting, and resolving issues related to statutory processes and regulatory compliance.

SECP-XS is a platform that intends to simplify complaint management by giving regular updates, notifications, progress-tracking capabilities and faster follow-up actions. It helps to improve user satisfaction, internal efficiency, and service standards.

The SECP strongly advises using SECP-XS for swift resolution of corporate registry, eZfile related matters.

The press release said the introduction of a one-stop complaint management system depicts SECP’s commitment to accountability, transparency and excellence in the corporate sector.
