Ingredients:
Oil 1/2 cup, eggs (boiled) 9-10, onion (sliced) 1 cup, garlic cloves 5, cumin seeds 1 tsp, green chilies (sliced) 4, yogurt 1 cup, white pepper powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, garam masala powder 1 tsp, black cardamom 3, green cardamom 3, cinnamon stick 2, cream 1 cup, butter 3-4 tbsp, water 1/2 cup, green chilies (sliced) for garnishing, green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
Directions;
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until translucent. Stir in cumin seeds, garlic, and green chilies, cooking for a few moments.
- Take boiled eggs and make crisscross cuts on them, then set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, white pepper powder, salt, and garam masala powder. Remove the pot from the heat and blend this mixture into a smooth puree.
- In another pot, heat oil with black cardamom, green cardamom, and cinnamon sticks, cooking briefly. Add the blended mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in water and cream, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Add the boiled eggs to the pot, stirring gently. Sprinkle with garam masala powder and cook for a few seconds.
- Finish by adding green chilies, coriander leaves, and butter, cooking until the butter melts.
- Serve the Egg White Korma garnished with green chilies and coriander leaves.
