Ingredients:
Coffee Mixture:
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
Egg Yolk Mixture:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup prepared coffee mixture
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Egg White Mixture:
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup icing sugar
Creamy Milk Mixture:
- 2 cups full cream milk
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
- 1/2 cup dairy cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
Coffee Frosting:
- 1 cup dairy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
Instructions:
- Combine warm water and coffee powder in a glass jar. Mix well and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat egg yolks and icing sugar until creamy. Add oil, vanilla essence, and coffee mixture. Beat until well combined.
- Sift all-purpose flour and baking powder into the egg yolk mixture. Use a spatula to fold and mix gently.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites and 1/4 cup icing sugar until foamy. Gradually add the remaining 1/4 cup icing sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Gradually fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture using a spatula.
